Yes. We offer logo printing, custom packaging, and design‑based customization (from samples or drawings).

For standard products, MOQ is 100 pieces. For first‑time customers, we do not set a MOQ for regular packaging to reduce your initial cost; for special packaging, MOQ is determined case by case.

Stock samples are dispatched within 2 days. Custom samples typically take 10–60 days depending on complexity, and sampling costs are borne by the customer. Sampling involves significant effort and materials, and we provide it mainly as a service to support our customers.

Our products meet mainstream international standards, but we currently hold no formal certifications.

We follow a strict four‑step quality inspection process, supported by six‑factor control:
Man: pre‑job training, certification, and skill assessment.
Machine: preventive maintenance, real‑time parameter monitoring, and first‑article verification.
Material: supplier audits, incoming inspection (AQL), and traceability.
Method: standard operating procedures (SOPs), parameter locking, and change approval.
Environment: temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and ESD control (where applicable).
Measurement: calibrated equipment, SPC, and automated visual/AI inspection for consistency.

All common payment methods are acceptable.

After deposit and sample confirmation, regular orders usually take 10 days to several months, depending on order quantity.
